Another of my interests is horticulture. I am particularly interested in organic gardening and phytosanitary practices. Somewhere along the way I picked up a Royal Horticultural Society certificate and I'd like to go on and do some more. One of my dreams is to have an apple orchard of rare apple varieties.

Simulation of dream

There are lots of delicious apples out there, but the "big four" top fruit you see in supermarkets are generally pretty crappy. Seasonal Cox Pippin are very nice though.
